Registration:
 
1. How to Register?  
You can register yourself at cv2jobs.com, with the help of the registration form(link at the top left corner), which requires you to fill in if you are an employer, an employee(or job seeker) or a consultant. A link will be emailed to your mail address when you submit this form. By clicking on the link you can activate your account at cv2jobs. Login with your userid and password.
 
Employees:
 
1. Create Resume?  
Register yourself as an employee with cv2jobs by filling the registeration form. A link will be emailed to your email account. Click on that link to activate your account. Login with your id and password and your journey to an excellent resume begins.

Fill in your personal, educational and experience details in the forms in "Profile" and "Projects/Training" sections.

Click on the 'Create New' link in the "Resume" section and select a resume that meets your requirements. The information you filled previously in the forms will be appropriately displayed in the resume you selected. You can edit this resume, enter a title for it and save it in a format of your choice('doc', 'pdf', 'txt', 'rtf', 'html'). This resume will be saved in our database and you can access it anytime by logging in.
 
2. Create more than one Resume?  
Click on the 'Create New' link in the "Resume" section and select a résumé that meets your requirements. The information you filled previously in the forms will be appropriately displayed in the resume you selected. You can edit this resume, enter a title for it and save it in a format of your choice('doc', 'pdf', 'txt', 'rtf', 'html'). This resume will be saved in our database along with the other resumes you have created and you can access it anytime by logging in.
 
3. Edit Resume?  
Click on the 'Edit / Delete' link in the "Resume" section ans select the résumé that you want to edit. The résumé will be loaded into a text editor where you can modify the resume according to your requirements and save it. If you change the title of the résumé or change its format the resume will be saved as a new one.
 
4. Delete Resume?  
Click on the 'Edit / Delete' link in the "Resume" section ans select the résumé that you want to delete. The résumé will be deleted from the database.
 
5. Mail Resume?  
Click on the 'Send Resume' link in the "Resume" section. A list of cover letters will be displayed, you can view the coverletter by clicking on the title and then you can select it. The cover-letter is loaded into a text editor where you can make the desired changes. Enter the subject. A list of your previously saved resumes will be displayed, you can view it by clicking on the title and then select it. The email addresses of the companies you have stored in your addressbook will be displayed. You can select any of the adresses or enter a new address and send the mail. The from address in the sent mail will be of your email account not of cv2jobs.
 
6. Print Resume?  
Click on the 'Print Resume' link in the "Resume" section. A list of your saved resumes will be displayed. Click on the title of the resume you want to print, the resume will open in a window, click on the "Print" at the bottom of the page to print the document
 
7. Edit Information?  
Depending on the information you want to edit click on a link in the "Profile" or "Projects/Training" sections(Personal, Educational, Experience, Skill set, Projects Done & Training).
 
8. Change Password?  
Click on the 'Change Password' link in the "My cv2jobs" section. Enter the old password and the new one.
 
9. Upload Certificates or documents?  
With this facility you can maintain all your marksheets and certificates online. Just scan your marksheets or certificates and then click on the 'Certificates' link in the "My cv2jobs" section. Select the marksheet or certificate you want to maintain online and then uplaod it and voilà.
 
10. Maintain a list of companies(addressbook)?  
With this excellent facility of cv2jobs you can maintain your own address book that contains the information of companies you want to work for. So you don't need to search for the contact information or the website just fill in the address book once and begin applying. Click on the 'Address Book' link in the "My cv2jobs" section and enter the information for the companies.
 
11. Search Jobs?  
Your dream job could be just a click away. Just click on the 'Job search' link in the "My cv2jobs" section and enter your requirements. cv2jobs brings you all the jobs matching your requirements so choose away.
 
12. Account Information?  
Click on the 'Account Information' link in the "My cv2jobs" section.
 
Employers:
 
1. Search Employees?  
Register yourself as an employer with cv2jobs by filling the registeration form. A link will be emailed to your email account. Click on that link to activate your account. Login with your id and password. Click on the 'Search' link in the "Jobs" section and enter your requirements. cv2jobs brings you all the resumes matching your requirements.
 
2. Mail prospective employees?  
Click on the 'Search' link in the "Jobs" section and enter your requirements. cv2jobs brings you all the resumes matching your requirements. Select the resume(s) for which you would like to mail the employee(s) to which it belongs. Enter the subject and the message and submit.
 
3. Post Jobs?  
Click on the 'Post Jobs' in the "Jobs" section. Enter the details related to the job you want to post, the hr and contact information.
 
4. Edit Jobs?  
Click on the 'Edit/Delete Jobs' link in the "Jobs" section. Select the job you want to edit. Modify and save.
 
5. Delete Jobs?  
Click on the 'Edit/Delete Jobs' link in the "Jobs" section. Select the job you want to delete and submit.
 
6. Change Password?   Click on the 'Change Password' link in the "My cv2jobs" section. Enter the old password and the new one.  
7. Account Information?  
Click on the 'Account Information' link in the "My cv2jobs" section.
 
Consultants:
 
1. Search Employees?  
Register yourself as a consultant with cv2jobs by filling the registeration form. A link will be emailed to your email account. Click on that link to activate your account. Login with your id and password. Click on the 'Search' link in the "Jobs" section and enter your requirements. cv2jobs brings you all the resumes matching your requirements.
 
2. Mail prospective employees?  
Click on the 'Search' link in the "Jobs" section and enter your requirements. cv2jobs brings you all the resumes matching your requirements. Select the resume(s) for which you would like to mail the employee(s) to which it belongs. Enter the subject and the message and submit.
 
3. Post Jobs?  
Click on the 'Post Jobs' in the "Jobs" section. Enter the details related to the job you want to post, the hr and contact information.
 
4. Edit Jobs?  
Click on the 'Edit/Delete Jobs' link in the "Jobs" section. Select the job you want to edit. Modify and save.

Click on the 'Edit/Delete Jobs' link in the "Jobs" section. Select the job you want to delete and submit.
